Anton (or even Antonio) Diabelli (b. September 6, 1781, d. April 7, 1858) was an Austrian music publisher, editor and composer. Better known within his period when a publisher, he is virtually all familiar now as a composer of the waltz on which Ludwig van Beethoven wrote his set of thirty-3 Diabelli Variations.

Diabelli was innate within Mattsee near Salzburg. He was trained to enter a priesthood, but as well took music lessons using Michael Haydn.
